Here's a small chain from Honolulu that has an outlet over here in Maui on the former grounds of Cheeseburger Grille (3750 Wailea Ala Nui Drive B-25, 808-868-0935). They used wagyu in their loco moco, which I honestly wouldn't have known had they not mentioned it. This wasn't particularly exciting, nor did I care that much for the beer. But the gravy was savory, while the grains of rice were nice and firm.
