This small chain of fish soup shops was supposed to be pretty good, so I stopped in for a quick bite. Actually, the service was rather slow at the Tiong Bahru Plaza outlet tonight, but hey - the food was good. They used quality ingredients, including fresh fish and pork meatballs with a nice handmade texture, as well as that hearty broth and even the balanced chili sauce. They have shellfish top-up options, but I'll just stick to the red grouper to save me from hassles. And make sure that I'm not in any rush to go anywhere.
