I randomly walked by this little ice cream shop (77 Circuit Road #01-460) when I noticed that they had some very notable flavors, particularly coriander. I'm not sure if it's related to that recent coriander noodle thing, but this wasn't as weird as it sounded, as the coriander taste was mild, with the rich milkiness of the ice cream being much more apparent.
Underneath that coriander scoop, by the way, was another quirky one: peanut butter and parsley. Yes, the peanut butter taste was prominent, complete with some chunky textures in there. But I think that parsley was actually Chinese parsely...or, uh, coriander. Again, it was very mild, and wasn't as awkward as it sounded. I was happy to gobble it all up.
