If I understand it correctly, this soba chain goes by the name Lilian in Japan, but for some reason their outlet down here is called LILYAN (38 Circular Road). Anyway, it's a nice moderately upscale place featuring pleasantly firm yet chewy noodles, as well as some delicious mushrooms in that rice bowl on the side. Yes, I'll be back to try the other items.
