This is what came out when I asked for extra chili and leeks at the Chinatown Point outlet of Shejianjian. Of course, their chili was never really very spicy in the first place, so it's not like it really made much of a difference. But it sure looked more impressive this way, and it was also much easier than slowly doing it on my own using those little tabletop jars.
