This Sicilian-Neapolitan restaurant from
Sydney opened an outlet in Tanjong Pagar recently, boasting of the credentials of their two star chefs (7 Craig Road, 9115-1597). That
margherita pizza above certainly was pretty, and was topped with generous amounts of basil as well as rich yet firm cheese. I was surprised to find though that the crust was so soft. The good thing was that it was still chewy, but it was so soft that next time I'll opt for their pasta instead.
