I've eaten Mr. Kneady's bread a lot of times, but I've never gone to their Maxwell shop where they also do pizzas (33 Erskine Road #01-11, 8815-2638). It was piping hot and featured a number of unconventional toppings like harissa in my choice above. The crust wasn't as chewy as I prefer though, which means that L'Operetta is still my choice. But I'll still come back here to buy a loaf of their sourdough bread.
