This local chain has been around for a number of years, but it never looked that interesting until I saw a sign for this
spicy ramen today. It was better than I thought it would be, not just because they kept the skinny noodles
nice and firm, but also since that
meat was paper thin, making it fun to eat. Now, the portions were tiny and the noodles were tossed in a sauce was candy-like sweet, but it was still potently spicy, and the small size was just right for my afternoon snack.
