This chain of udon shops caught my eye because of a large sign in front talking about a local fried
beef intestine called
aburakasu, and they topped their bowls with the stuff. That
aburakasu was indeed deliciously fatty, even if the topping portion was much smaller that I was expecting. The good thing is that the noodles here were nice and chewy too. But I'd rather have a fish-based broth.
