The 7-Eleven at Yeouido Hangang Park in Seoul
Writing about a specific 7-Eleven outlet might sound weird, but this one was interesting since it jutted out into the Han River (85-6 Yeouido-dong) and had a huge array of benches and induction cookers for cooking instant ramyeon. Yep, the 7-Eleven is primed up for this use case, with paper induction cooker-lined bowls given to you at the cashier, and plenty of options like raw eggs, cheese, and kimchi there too.
There are similar instant noodle setups at Margaret Market in Singapore, but that's not quite the same thing as doing it on the banks of the Han River. Still, it'd be a much nicer experience on a sunny afternoon or breezy evening rather than the miserably wet and cold noontime that we faced today.
