The signage for this small chain of
fishball noodle stalls says that it is "New In Singapore." Indeed, I can't find out much background about it aside from a stall in Hougang that started a couple of months ago. Either way, it was better than I thought it would be, most notably with those skinny yet flat noodles, but also the hearty broth as well as the the fact that none of it was sweet. Even a side dish of sliced liver was done so nicely that I didn't even bat an eye when eating it. Thumbs up.
