Privé's Barramundi in Thai Green Curry
My experiences with Prive have been mixed, and unfortunately more often for the worse. But one of their monthly specials is something that I've actually come back for: this pan-roasted barramundi in a spicy Thai green curry. It was awesome, not only since the fish is nicely done, but because of that thick and rich curry, exploding with aromatic fresh herbs and accompanied with veggies. There was enough curry left over that I nearly asked for a bowl of rice to shovel it down with, but instead I went the (nearly) keto path and just ate the curry straight with a spoon. I nearly would've licked the plate clean with my tongue if only it weren't considered rude.
