It's probably a little weird to come back to Singapore and eat at
GO Noodle House when I was just in Malaysia
earlier this week. But there was no line at lunch today and rice noodles in soup sounded like the light meal that I was looking for. They had a
suancai broth option, which was more potent than I was expecting, including quite a bit of
huajiao in there. It worked for me, but given the number of
proper suancaiyu places around lately, I'll just stick to their traditional broth next time.
