That looks like your everyday stir fry above, or even a
Thai pad krapow. And I guess in some ways it was, but featuring Yunnan preserved veggies. I was quite happy with this salty, spicy, and crunchy mixture, which went down the tubes easily with some steamed rice. The best part about it was that it was much cheaper than those
expensive mushrooms here at Yun Nans too.
