It looks like this stall (335 Smith Street #02-84) has been listed in the Michelin guide for a while, but somehow it just never registered on my radar screen until recently. It was pretty good though, with not just those super tender and perfectly seasoned cuts of beef and tendon, but also the firm noodles and even decently spicy chili sauce. Now, I don't have much of a basis for comparison to Hong Kong since it's usually not the first thing that I think of when I'm
up there, but I'm happy to eat it again.
