I'm pretty sure that this small chain has nothing to do with that now-defunct
Zaffran place. But its East Coast outlet is a Michelin Bib Gourmand, with a number of other recognitions proudly displayed on the wall. I'm not entirely sure why it's so lauded though, as that fish above was slightly sweet, and was even slightly cold in the center when they served it to me. The
raita was interesting in that it was a little smoky, but it was also a little sweet. I am not sure if I'm willing to go back to try the other items on the menu.
