The Murray is a rather upscale hotel in Central (22 Cotton Tree Drive, 3141-8888) that has a Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant on site. But we didn't make it there, so instead I went for their namesake burger above, which went for a whopping HK$320 (US$39).
The main thing driving that price tag was the wagyu, which was tender and went nicely with the delicious comté cheese topping it. But I didn't care as much for the sweet pickles and tomato chutney. Apparently it also featured confit shallots, but it wasn't as obvious. The traditionalist in me still feels that raw onions beats fancy ones.
