From what I could tell, this was just a generic fish soup stall at the food court in the basement of
Changi Terminal 3. But they had a big sign talking about their "aromatic dried chili: a perfect blend with noodle" in their signature dry noodle bowl, so I gave in, especially since it sounded a bit like a
Malaysian pan mee. It's too bad then that the chili wasn't very spicy nor aromatic. You'da thunk I'd have
learned my lesson by now.
