This Michelin-listed duck place (665 Buffalo Road #01-335, 6396-0969) was pretty good. Granted, the duck itself was leaner than I would've liked, but it was moist and tender, and doused in a light and delicate dark sauce. It was mildly
herbal without being excessive, while the chili sauce was pleasantly sour. I don't eat Teochew
braised duck very often, but this was definitely better than the ones that I have tried.
