Sakemaru Artisan Sake Hideout in Singapore

I wasn't sure how the food here would turn out given the effort that they seemed to have put into creating the shop's name (55 South Bridge Road, 6513-2789). But everything that they served tonight was of good quality, with that beltfish and daikon sauce above being my favorite. They also had a bone-in version of karaage that was pleasantly light. Now, the pace was a little slow, but the service was friendly and engaging, so I'm not complaining.
