A Buk Chang Dong Soon Tofu Stall in Singapore

The folks at SBCD opened up a few kopitiam stalls across the island a while back, and I finally had the chance to try one today. The bowl was smaller and less insulating than the industry standard, but they were still pretty generous with huge chunks of soft tofu in there. I was also quite happy to see that they offered a vegetable version too. It's interesting that they dropped the first letter of their name in the process though, seemingly reverting back to those roots in Los Angeles?
