I'm not sure if this is a very common dish, but the menu at
Myung Ga II described it as a beef, vegetable, and mushroom hot pot. So it was rather surprising to find it thick and gritty, yet also aromatic and earthy, all of which I think was due to a lot of ground sesame seeds. I was quite happy to have gotten this given how healthy and delicious it was, but I'm not sure how easy it will be to find other places serving it.
