This place literally stopped me in my tracks as I walked down the passageways of Toa Payoh Mall (183 Toa Payoh Central #01-280, 8882-0408). Oooh, it was a new
bánh mì shop! I quickly grabbed one to see if it were any good.
I was a bit worried at first, seeing how she scooped in minced chili peppers rather than sliced ones, and then proceeded to toast it all. But the chili peppers were potent, the bread was crisp and airy, and the butter and
pâté brought it all home. Big thumbs up; I'm going back.
