
Yes, that's a period in the name, not an apostrophe. I noticed them on the way to Yeast Side last time; it is basically an upscale Vietnamese place, and I liked it, as they took care in the ingredients rather than just dressing it up for the sake of it (9 King Albert Park #01-21, 8127-1818). The gỏi cuốn above were playfully skinny yet loaded with leafy green fiber, and also came with a thick peanut butter that made it fun. Their more premium "speciality phở" came with some delicately tender cuts of short ribs as well as handmade meatballs, reminding me a bit of Brass Spoon in Hong Kong. More importantly, they have another menu that I want come back for, as it featured things like pork lard scallops, spiced pâté, and duck confit in a lemongrass jus.
