I bought this out of sheer curiosity, despite my previous experience with
OmniMeat. And I shouldn't be surprised, but I didn't like it at all. It didn't have the sinfully greasy and savory taste that one gets in
luncheon meat, and the texture was oddly spongy and soft too (it was kind of a minced mushroom-y consistency, actually). There was also a surprising amound of liquid oozing out from it in the pan. I wonder what
Impossible's version would taste like if they made one.

I was asked by my better 1/2 to fry this up.. let's just say i was scared for life.. it smelt horrible, and her comment was.. it tasted like dog food.
I tried it.. nasty!
