I finally went back to
Chengdu Bowl for that cumin lamb bowl (or "lamb lover," as one of the menus put it). It wasn't quite like
chuanr in the sense that the cuts of meat were different. But it was surprisingly spicy enough to leave a bit of warmth in my belly afterwards. I'd eat it again.

i kept thinking what is the chuanr, went through a few post to realise its satay stick with 2 mouth. 串。 look good to try it out.
