The Hamburg Mazesoba from Tsuta Singapore
No, that was not good. Even if this was meant to be a bit like tako raisu, there was quite a bit of gristle in that meat, and the taste of tomato sauce just dominated the entire thing. Sure, I liked the thick chewy noodles underneath, but still, I'm rather shocked in fact that Tsuta would offer such a thing (and I didn't really care for the onigirazu in the background either). It's probably best to stick to Tsuta's usual shio and shoyu bowls, although I am kinda curious about that crab version that I saw on the menu, even if there is a risk that it's going to be rather ketchup-y too.
