Tsuta Singapore started doing a
tonkotsu broth a week or two ago, and it includes two spicy options. I went for the black pepper-based
kurobishio variation above, and it was lovely with that black pepper and garlic aroma, not unlike how a good
black pepper crab tastes. They actually offered an option for extra pepper if you wanted it, but this was just the right balance.
