This
prawn noodle guy closes pretty early, but fortunately I was able to grab his last bowl today (7 Keppel Road at the HLY Eating House in the northeast corner). I liked how his brown-colored broth was thick and rich, but I wasn't a big fan of that sweet processed-tasting chili sauce that he doused on the noodles. Fortunately, I was able to get plenty of that finely ground chili powder to cover it up.
