Miznon has run out of its cauliflower heads, but they have artichoke - yay! And they even cleaned off the choke before serving it to you. Yes, I loved it, especially since they generously doused it in a fruity and bold-looking olive oil, along with lemon juice, salt, and a bit of garlic. The best part was getting down to the creamy heart, since that really made the olive oil stand out, all without covering up the taste of the
artichoke itself. I liked it enough that I ordered a second one, along with that minute steak pita on the side. Yum.
