Despite the common name and presence of Cantonese soups on the menu here, I'm not sure if this kopitiam stall (408 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10) is related to that big Shen Xi Lao Huo Tang soup chain. Either way, their lei cha fan is at the top of their menu, and they were decently generous with each of the components, all with a nice salty edge too. Granted, the broth wasn't anything special, but I'd eat it again.
