Satay bee hoon must be one of the most difficult dishes to capture an appetizing photograph of, assuming that the sauce has been poured all over the top like this guy at
People's Park did today (32 New Market Road #01-1016). Underneath all of that brown stuff though were some decent things, including some very fresh cockles and even some sliced liver that I didn't mind as much as I thought I would. This guy also does
prawn noodles, but I didn't get a chance to try it.
