I saw this at Don Don Donki and thought it was fascinating enough to try. Basically, it's a bunch of chopped veggies (mostly cabbage, but some mushrooms and carrots were in there too) shoved into a bowl. The instructions said that all one had to do was pour in some water, add the nabe base, and microwave for five minutes. And yes, I liked it, even if the kimchi flavor was unexpected. Granted, there wasn't really much substance, but hey, it was convenient and healthy.
