I'm not sure of the background of these guys (1 Raffles Place #04-47, 6438-6022), but it seems that they make their soba by hand and even cut it to order. I was happy with what I had above, with everything being refreshingly healthy yet filling. Yes, it kinda reminded me of Shimbashi Soba, which I haven't been to in ages. But they don't give you sobayu here.
