Tokyo Soba at Icon Village is featuring this special right now, featuring not just a sliced Japanese tomato, but also chopped Spanish tomatoes, and garnished with basil at that. Sounded like something right up my alley!
I was let down though, as the Japanese tomatoes on the right were rather boring. I liked the Spanish tomatoes on the left though, and overall it was a refreshing bowl. But I wish that I had gotten something else.
