I was in the vicinity of Far East Plaza today and decided to stop by this indoor cze cha that I've been hearing so much about (14 Scotts Road #02-10, 6365-0501). That oyster omelette above is one of their signature dishes, and I liked it, but not for the oysters. Indeed, the oysters were not part of the omelette itself, but instead a (sadly) lukewarm topping. The thing that was more exciting was the gooey yet crispy stuff underneath, which came out piping hot and was garnished nicely, going well with that sour chili sauce. I'd eat it again.
