Lechon Republic at Novena Regency in Singapore

Chopped Lechon

It's been a while since I've had any lechón. But this shop was nearby today (275 Thomson Road #01-09), and I was happy with what I had. The crunchy yet fatty skin was the best part, but the meat was tender too. The sour pickles and sweet sauce provided nice contrasts, and some edges of the pork had some tasty seasoning stuck to it. I'm interested in seeing what their sisig tastes like now.
