Brewed Cod Stomach With Cream Cheese

Told 'ya I'd be back here soon. This time I started with the spicy Korean chanja cod innards above. It might sound weird, but it was a salty, savory, and comfortingly rich (thanks to little blocks of cream cheese) paste that you scooped into a piece of seaweed and ate like a little taco, making for a perfect accompaniment with booze. Other things that I grabbed tonight included that cilantro salad below, which was as refreshing and crunchy as it looked.
