I grabbed one of these sausages from the in-flight food selection on United today. It was from a Chicago-based
barbecue place featuring a smoked beef and pork sausage along with sauce and onions on a pretzel bun from a bakery called Labriola. It tasted better than it looked, with a firm snappy casing, chewy bun, and a decent amount of spices. I'd be happy to eat at the real shop next time I'm in
Chicago.
