We came back to Amazing Hokkaido tonight, and fortunately a lot of stuff that we missed last time was finally in stock, like their fatty - if oversauced - muroran yakitori as well as that organic salad from a farm in Hokkaido (check out that cool little green melon / eggplant / cucumber-like thing in the center of the pile above). The produce was all good, and those soy sauce and mentai mayo dips were awesome. But the service was lousy: inattentive, forgetful, and just plain slow. Plus, the prices added up here pretty quickly, which means that'll probably be the last time that we go back.
