I'm not sure how long these guys have been around (1 Queensway #02-47, 9817-4793), but I'm glad that I came across this little
Taiwanese luroufan and
biandang stall today. The
luroufan wasn't as fatty as it could've been, but it was still good, making for very easy rice shoveling. The soup behind it was nicely done too, including some reasonably tender and fatty
gongwan. And to think that the
luroufan went for only S$2 (US$1.45) on its own! This beats the pants off Toast Box's rendition.
