China's A Gan Guo Kui

Another guo kui chain from China has opened up multiple stalls across Singapore thanks to the folks behind LiHO tea. I'm still not a huge fan of this stuff though, as it's just too dry. Is this supposed to be better eaten with some Sichuan chili oil instead? That sure would make it easier (and fun) to eat.
