I wasn't really in the mood to eat. But I'm not up here in Chengdu for very long, and I happened to see a stall up here selling
guo kui, or a Sichuan
flatbread. So I stopped to give it a try while I still could. It was much thinner and crisper than I had imagined, and somehow they still managed to slide in some spicy shredded beef in between it all. It was a bit dry though, and wasn't as spicy as I would've hoped.
