The ANA folks have opened
another Japan Gourmet Hall SORA at Changi Airport, but this time at Terminal 1. It only features three stalls, one of which is
Ikkousha, and another being a fish purveyor. I thus went for Yoshimi, a
katsu kare chain from Hokkaido, especially since they had this
mille-feuille katsu that sounded kinda interesting. Yep, there are basically thin layers of pork in there, and they were able to keep it tender and moist without falling apart either. It worked for me.
