I needed some food after drinks tonight, and this 24 hour cold noodle shop was just two train stops away (29 Nanjing East Road Section 5 Lane 123, 2766-0171). It was awesome. These dainty little plates were garnished not much more than just some sesame sauce, cucumbers, and vinegar, which went so wonderfully with that potent tub of red chili oil on each table. They also offered a soup whose broth was disturbingly sweet, but the meatballs were deliciously fatty and tender. This was the perfect post-drinking snack. I went back for another plate.
