Duan Chun Zhen in Taipei, Taiwan

Braised Beef Flank Noodles

This chain of beef noodle restaurants in Taiwan featured some nice options on their menu, particularly those thinly sliced cuts of fatty and tender beef, as well as super thick noodles. Both of those were great, but the broth was disappointingly tame, as was the red chili oil that you could dress it with. I wonder how some of the other menu items taste.
