Rhubarb Le Restaurant in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore

Pigeon

It might sound weird to go to a French restaurant in Singapore just days after coming back from France. But this was not like the food I had in France. This was fine dining, with a Michelin star at that. Yep, you swirled your wine here (3 Duxton Hill, 8127-5001) and the dishes look like beautiful artwork. Sure, the quality of the ingredients was very high-end, and you have to respect the mad skills required to produce dishes as intricate as these. But we were only here because it was a business lunch; personally I'd rather go to a more relaxed place like Brasserie Gavroche.
