Chee Kei from
Hong Kong has opened up a small outlet in the public departures area of
Terminal 2 at Changi. Yes, it was a respectable little bowl of noodles. It wasn't quite as aromatic nor firm as
Mak's, and the wantons had more skin than I was expecting. But it was good enough that I'll come back next time I'm flying out of here, bearing in mind the slightly high airport prices of course.
