A Gulas Salad at San Sebastián Bus Terminal

Warm Gulas Salad

That was unexpected. I went to the bus terminal for my ride to Bilbao this morning and stopped at the restaurant inside for a quick breakfast. On the menu was "warm surimi elvers and oyster mushrooms," which on its own would be something that I would get anyway. But I wasn't expecting them to serve it on a giant pile of leafy greens. I certainly wasn't complaining given how difficult it has been to get a salad in the past week. And it wasn't as weird as it sounded; I still gobbled it down quickly.
