Gandarias Restaurante in San Sebastián, Basque Country

Kebab de Costilla de cerdo

Our guide mentioned last night that this place had some kind of really nice beef, so I came down here again this morning to see what it was all about (31 de Agosto Kalea, 23, 943-426362). And yes, it was tasty thanks to its fat and salt flakes. Interestingly, all of the pinxtos that I had here included some (non-spicy) peppers, like a cod one with a padrón pepper sandwiched into it, or the (stone cold) gulas above. I'm not a huge fan of sweet pickled peppers, but they did have a pistachio-topped goat cheese pintxo that worked really well.
